We've been going to Summerfield Veterinary hospital for almost 10 years now and have trusted them with the life of all of our furry loved ones. They gave been there to help us welcome a new member to the family and have even been there to comfort us as we said goodbye to our oldest. They have always treated them in the most gentle and kind manner and have also always been courteous and appreciative of us. As long as they are open, we will keep bringing our family there.

Just took one of my dogs in, a Great Pyrenees. He had a mass in his lung cavity, heart problems and a problem with his back. Dr. Thomas was explaining the extensive care and cost these problems would be, and was very sweet about it. I was the first one to say, put him down, she didn't want to. Dr. Thomas, and the entire staff, was very kind, sympathetic, and helpful. Summerfield is highly recommended by me.

We absolutely love Summerfield Vet! The staff is so kind and down to earth. Dr. Ballard has become almost like family over the last year. I’ve been super impressed that he’s taken the time to answer my questions and update me on my fur babies when they’ve had to stay in the hospital for the day, even if it means calling me back on his lunch break or after hours. Hands down the best vet we’ve ever had, I’m so thankful we have them. ❤️

This is a very very great place 2 take your babys if they need anything, they also give u all the time you need too say goodbye. They also cream mated my girl, and a few days later I received a card with some of her hair and a foot print, I will always be grateful 4 what they did 4 me.

It was friendly fast and easy. They truly are the best vet that I have ever encountered. Went with my other cat on 11/26/24, and they are still the same and very caring there. They were super compassionate when I had to put my other cat to sleep a couple years ago. I know I drive far now to go here, but I trust them more than the other vets I went to locally.

Wonderful veterinary services. Always accommodating, friendly staff. They have helped me keep my dog and cats happy and healthy for over 20 years. I will forever be grateful for their kindness through times of loss. They charge very reasonable fees and have given my pets a lifetime of care. From ear mites to cancer, they have been a reliable resource for my furry family. I highly recommend them!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience bringing my two cats here! I was in the process of relocating my cats to the United Kingdom & France, so I required international health certificates. Dr. Thomas and her amazing staff handled everything with great attention to detail and the utmost care. Anyone who has gone through or plans to go through the process of attaining international health certificates knows how stressful and complicated it can be. I always felt like things were being taken care of correctly and like I didn’t have to worry as much. My two cats were able to fly into France and cross over into England with zero issues at all, and that is entirely thanks to Dr. Thomas and the staff! Dr. Thomas is so sweet and passionate. You can tell that she truly cares about animals and her patients. The pricing for everything was very fair. Before submitting for the certificates, one of my kitties needed a microchip, both required their rabies vaccines, and I purchased 3 month flea/tick prevention. Everything was a very fair price, including the appointment fees. I also want to give a huge shoutout and virtual hug to Reanna at reception. She went above and beyond what she needed to. She always answered my questions with kindness and detail, kept me updated on everything going on, and is overall just a super amazing human! She was a huge support and friend to me in this very stressful time. Huge, huge thank you to everyone at Summerfield Veterinary Hospital. Thank y’all so much!!!
